FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Products to start your journey of growing vegetables. The seasons differ, but you'll get a gardening tool, seeds and always a gift. If you order at Christmas for a one off gift, you get the Spring box. If you order a Subscription at Christmas, you get a pre-starter gift and Christmas card, and the Spring box will arrive in February.
You're subscribing for beautiful products appropriate for each season. 4 boxes a year, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
You can subscribe for the year and pay one payment, or you can pay once a quarter. You'll get the next box in the season. For instance if you sign up in April, you'll get the Summer box in May. Note: If you're buying the subscription as a Christmas gift, add the details at checkout, and you'll receive a Christmas card and a starter kit to send to the recipient right now, and then the box will arrive in February.
You can click on the link 'gift a box' or buy the gift box on the Shop page. If it's a gift for Christmas, I can send the box to you straight away for your recipient. Please note this will be the next box for the season, which is Spring.
Not if you're in the UK mainland. Postage will be applied if outside the mainland. Orders are currently not able to be sent outside the UK.
Yes, you can cancel at any time by going to your account.
